Join Ms. Misty and introduce your children to books and reading at our fun storytimes. Experience a lively mix of stories, songs, rhymes and crafts that make this a special time for you and your child.  For children ages 3 to 6.

Join Ms. Jess for an energizing morning of stories, music, movement and fun for the whole family.

Intended for ages 3-7 but all ages are welcome to attend.

Create wacky craft projects. Fun for all ages and supplies provided.

Children 8 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Launch your very own pop bottle rockets in the park. Bring your own pre-made two liter-sized bottle rocket or create one at the launch site.

Adults are invited to come unwind in our Owen Meeting Room. Take a midday break, enjoy our art supplies and relax with some music and light refreshments.  Supplies provided.  

Using markers and water we'll turn ordinary coffee filters into colorful planetary art!  Each week for the duration of the program, we will explore STEAM in fun ways.

Monthly meetings of the Library Board.  The Budget/Personnel Committee will meet at 4:45 p.m. and the full Board meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m.

Roll for Initiative and join us at the Downtown Library to adventure in magical realms.  This weekly Dungeons & Dragons club will have some character sheets made, or you can develop your own character.  Beginners and experienced adve

We will use old vinyl records to create a replica our solar system using paint pens. Or you can get creative and paint your own universe how you want!

For Tweens and Teens in grades 4-12.

Our weekly movie event is hosted by professional movie critic Bob Shultz. This week’s movie is Duel (1971), 90 minutes, PG.

Enjoy a movie and popcorn and try to complete our movie trivia quiz for a chance to win an out-of-this-world prize.

You'll have 45 minutes to survive the demigorgons and escape the Upside Down.  Explore the universe of Stranger Things while sharpening your sleuthing skills.  There will be two sessions of this escape room to choose from, one at 6 p.m.
