Dr. Michael Charlton, Professor of English and Popular Culture Scholar at MWSU is the featured Pop Talks speaker.  The topic is "The Game of Thrones Guide to Public Speaking."

Pop Talks is a popular culture lecture series presented by the Department of English and Modern Languages at Missouri Western State University and co-sponsored by the St. Joseph Public Library.
