Looking for a fun way to exercise and work out some frustrations? Pound classes are the perfect answer. Using drumsticks while you do aerobics, you won't even notice that it's exercise. You'll be having too much fun! Jamie Davis will lead a session that meets everyone where they are so you can get the most out of it, ending with gentle yoga. Dress comfortably and bring a mat, if you have one.
