Raised Bed Gardening

Dr. Todd Higgins, MU Extension Field Specialist in Horticulture, will lead this workshop that discusses the art and science of constructing, filling, and gardening in raised beds.  Topics include construction material selection, soil mixes, and water management of raised beds.  Different types of raised bed gardening systems are discussed and a few will be demonstrated.
