Program Description

Help us celebrate both "Youth Art Month (TM)" and "National Reading Month" with a mini canvas art contest! The theme will be "Reading" and the contest will run through the month of March. Pick up a mini canvas at the East Hills Library during the last week of February. Then create your artwork and return it with a label by 6 p.m. on Feb. 28th. Art can be painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, etc. as long as it fits on the canvas, and is your original work. 

In need of art supplies? Talk to your friendly children's librarian for assistance.

Contest is for grades K-12.
