 Please join us for fall Storytime! We will read exciting stories and finish our session with a themed craft. 

Get ready to sing, dance, read, and have so much fun with Ms. Misty for preschool Storytime at the East Hills Library!

Activities will be geared toward ages 3-6.

Embrace new adventures through reading and discussion at the Friends EH Book Club. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. September's selection is The Maid by Nita Prose.

Learn how to see the world around you through an “artist's eye.” Join Annie Corrington, owner of Art Attack Studio, to learn and improve drawing skills over the course of 8 weeks.

Bring your wiggly toddlers to a storytime designed just for them!

Featuring fun crafts that maybe wacky for the time of year. Available every Wednesday. While supplies last.

Not recommended for children under 3.

Walk, crawl or run for storytime at the Carnegie Library during our fall storytime session. Each session will end with a craft.

Come to the Downtown Library and for a fun filled session of reading and crafts with Lisa and Robyn! Make new friends and learn some new skills. We can't wait to see you there!

Program is best for children 0-5. 

Play is learning! Join us on Friday mornings for a special playtime just for babies (0-18 months) and their caregivers.* Make connections and share experiences with other caregivers in a laid-back atmosphere, while your babies play.

Which side are you on...cats or dogs? Don't worry you don't have to pick a side. Cat and dog crafts will be available. While supplies last.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning to make beautiful corn husk flowers. Make one or a whole bouquet!

Ages 6 and up, registration required.

If you and your child enjoy crafts, games, movies and a variety of fun activities, get to Washington Park Library for Tricky Tuesday! 

Can't get enough Anime? Meet at the library for two hours of socializing and communally enjoying your shared passion of Anime!

For ages 12-17.

Book Club sponsored by the Friends of the Library. For adults that enjoy reading a mix of adult and young adult books. Hosted by Carnegie Librarian Jenny Ellis.

September's book is Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen.

Join us as we try out our new yard games in the park. Yard games are available for checkout for use on library grounds only.

The games were purchased with funds from the Urban Homestead grant.

Join us for LEGO Club at the East Hills Library! Come meet with fellow LEGO enthusiasts each month for various LEGO challenges. Can you build it?

For grades K and up.

This month, Jen will tell the tale of one of the most successful family of murderers that ever lived here in the US. The Benders, suspected of killing dozens of people while they lived in Kansas, literally got away with murder.

Teens! Meet at the library after hours to tie-dye some things! We'll have tote bags and a few size L shirts. If you want to bring your own 100% cotton item to tie-dye you may. Dress for a mess!
