Attention all High School students that need A+ tutoring/mentoring hours that love books and reading! The St. Joseph Public Library is offering the A+ Readers volunteer program for the second year. We will pair teens with young readers who want to practice their reading skills over the summer at the East Hills Library. Teens must be incoming 9th through 12th grade students. To apply to be an A+ Reader mentor, please visit our website or any of our four locations to obtain an application. The volunteer schedule will be Thursdays, July 10th to July 31st from 2-4 p.m. and you can choose which weeks work best for your schedule. The mandatory training will take place on June 26th from 2-3 p.m. Teens can get anywhere from 2 to 8 volunteer hours during this program!
