Reserve a Room (by room)

This convenient to use and large meeting room is located in the historic Downtown Library. It is approximately 26 feet long and 27 feet wide with plenty of plug-ins. It is well lit and carpeted, with close proximity to restrooms.

The Conference Room inside the East Hills Library is located on the lower level. It is accessible by stairs or elevator and is in close proximity to restrooms and water fountains. The Conference Room is perfect for smaller groups, or groups that require tables/chairs.

The Theater, located on the lower level of the East Hills Library, offers state-of-the art audio/visual equipment, including surround sound and looping technology for hearing aids. Theater style seating means there is no bad seat in the room. This room is perfect for presentations and classes, as well as performances on the small stage area.

This is the smallest meeting room at Washington Park Library. It has a large dry erase board and WiFi. It is accessible by interior stairs or the elevator. Restrooms and water fountain are available near the meeting room. The room contains three original oak tables that are fixed in place. Rooms may not be available on a walk-in basis, depending on available staff and other activities going on in the library. It's always best to call the library at 232-2052 if you are needing a room on short notice.

The Storytime Room is the largest meeting room at Washington Park Library. It has a small performance stage area, Wifi, audio/visual equipment, and retractable screen. It is accessible by interior stairs or the elevator. Restrooms and water fountain are available near the meeting room. The room contains some original oak furnishings that are fixed in place.
