Program Description

Program Description

Have you been looking for a way to keep your hands busy while you watch your favorite shows? Would you like to learn a skill that will enable you to make beautiful, hand-crafted gifts with a personal touch? Many think knitting is too difficult to learn, but this course will change your mind! In only five sessions you will learn to cast on, knit, purl, bind off, and create a variety of stitch patterns. We will also learn basics to reading a knitting pattern. Space is limited, registration is required. Sign up is for the entire series, as it is a progressive course.

Please bring size 8, 9, or 10 needles and a basic yarn of your choosing (lighter colors are recommended.) The fancier the yarn, the more difficult to learn.
