Program Description

Program Description

Did you know the least counted demographic during the Census are those ages 0-5? It is important that EVERYONE gets counted, as Dr. Seuss wrote in Horton Hears A Who, "Because, after all, a person's a person, no matter how small."

It is especially important to be counted by the Census Bureau because Census numbers affect funding for many programs for the next 10 years!

We will have a special guest from the local Census Bureau to help parents fill out the Census while children participate in our regularly scheduled Preschool Storytime.

Children ages six and under are invited to an engaging, interactive Storytime with Miss Sarah! Make new friends and enjoy fun-filled activities!

  • Stories
  • Games
  • Crafts
  • Puppets
  • Singing
  • Dancing... and more!

Each child receives a free book to expand their home library!
