Program Description

Join Kelsey and Katey as we read Stamped, Jason Reynolds' remix of Stamped from the Beginning by Ibram X. Kendi. Reynolds' Stamped is geared toward young adults, and it is a good introduction to the history of racism in America. Come prepared to question everything you know and consider new ideas with an open mind. This book club will take place digitally on Zoom, and the link will be sent to you upon registration. Copies of the book are still on order for reasons beyond our control, but we'll go ahead and begin by reading sections aloud and pausing for discussion. This group is meant for humans age 14-24.
