Teen Advisory Board Meeting

Teens age 13-18 can come to Washington Park Library for a relaxing afternoon of rock painting. Large rocks, paint, and paintbrushes provided. 

Hangout with other homeschool teens in a casual atmosphere on the second Friday of each month. Some months will feature structured activities, and some will be more laid back, teens choice! For ages 12-18, no registration required.

Teens! Meet at the library after hours to have a snow party! Snow ball fight, snow cones, and a snowman craft!

It's the most wonderful time of the year. Start up your ovens, whip out your rolling pins, and join our Teen Advisory Board to learn how to make delicious Christmas cookies. 

If you need a quiet place to read after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, bring your current read to Washington Park for a Silent Book Club. –The most relaxed book club. We will read silently and have cocoa and snacks.

It's Random Acts of Kindness Week, and we want to use this time to give back to our community. On this day, we will be putting together care kits for people who need them in our community.

It's Random Acts of Kindness Week, and sometimes the kindest thing that we can do is take care of ourselves. Giving yourself grace and doing self care is a kindness in itself.
